Does the place look like people are living there or does it look like a design magazine?

You'll see their ads in professional magazines specific to the industry suited for that property.So, they have thier property to sell, they sometimes do not have time to run the countryside looking for other commercial properties that are marketed in a similar fashion by other brokers.
