I paint mine all the same Gray so in the future it's simpler to do touch up and not have to paint the whole apartment.

Well today he called me to see how it was going with finding a buyer and i told him i stopped looking after he told me about the other couple, and the i will start back once he was under contract.. so i just went and finally did.. he is wanting 72 and its already rent ready besides maybe 10-15 in touch ups .

If I am replacing I do stained. yes, a lot of younger people like white but it may require more touch up between tenants.

In the process of getting the property ready to be returned to the Landlord the tenants used the original paint they had (presumably leftovers from the original date of purchase of the property or later years of repainting) to paint areas (internally only) that needed paint and touch up.

He does all of our tile work (master bath, guest bath, powder room, backsplash, chimney), flooring, baseboards, crown molding, make ready (door handles, cabinet pulls, mirror installation and final touch-ups) amongst other things that come up during rehab.
