There are so many synergies between having multiple properties in the same area vs having them all over the country.

I have a 14,000 sqft place that used to have spanish clay tile.  

I have been here since the AF first stationed me here in 1982 and have lived, moved, bought, sold, and (even moved my 90-ton Spanish-tiled/stuccoed house when the county bought me out to build CC-215) our personal residences.  

So drop off a pay or quit notice Today,  google maybe find one also in Spanish or what fits, and go ahead with the filing. 

I am also fluent in both English and Spanish!

There are LOTS of synergies between your real estate biz and investing.
