@Nabil A.I would double check the type of wiring they used aluminum wire or knob and tube for very old properties were and it can be hard to get insurance and if you can it may be expensive.

I just had a fix & flip rewired from top to bottom (it was old aluminum wire) and had copper put in.

It had some water damage near the chimney flashing on the inside and outside, a water leak somewhere in the roof that was repaired cheaply, and old aluminum windows that are in need of replacement (home was built in 1965).
