I found a real silver dollar and other silver coins I'm sure the dealer found other valuable items but mostly trinkets and furniture that the burglars did not carry off.

I suggest a modern looking vinyl flooring with some new stock cabinets from a Home Depot or a Lowes with modern style silver fixtures & cabinet handles.

Got a Silver Spring sfh at $900 a month, 4 years ago it started out at $400 a month.

Just know that there are some very good silver tongue real estate investors who have the gift of gab and make these deals come through.

The ratio between new construction prices vs rental rates in Central Florida is healthy in the targeted areas (Marion Oaks, Villages, Silver Springs Shores, Belleview) and the goal would be to find a 1% rule deal i.e buy a Duplex for 300k and have it rent for at least $3,000 a month.

You can probably get a townhouse there or Gaithersburg or Derwood or Silver Spring  that is less than 50 years old and such should have less issues than an old house that has not been retrofitted.
