What goals do you have set for this year?

I’m just taking it one step at a time, learning as I go, and trying to set things up the right way from the start.

Even with pricelabs you have to know how to pull the right levers and have the right settings for your market that just takes time to learn.

I want to stop being pennywise pound foolish and get things set up properly. 

The success of that venture set the foundation for my career in real estate.
