Is it my responsibility to do a demolition/clean up then sell the land?

That's 73 turnovers and at $200 per cleaning, we're at $14,600 for the year. $400 a month for utilities, $500 for misc expenses like toiletries, maintenance/repairs, landscaping etc. $150 a month for insurance (this might be low?).

See if they can run the cutter through there and clean it out.

You might be better with an experienced co-host and Airbnb expert and a handyman with cleaning crew.

Could help you afford a larger/nicer property while still giving you a clean living/ownership structure.

A rental just needs to be clean and servicable.

Compare that to my sec 8 building in suburbs I am constantly texting these low lifes to get their tiny portion of the rent or to get roaches out of their units because they refuse to clean properly. 

It's going to be a lot of work to restore and clean up.  

I cannot find anything specific to dryer vent cleaning anywhere.
