In the past, I've done some out of state purchases [Memphis/Little Rock] through turnkey companies.

I have a place in Little Rock that I pay $1220 a month for the mortgage, and I still owe 25 years on it.

The guest responded that because she was so busy during her week long stay she didn’t have time to report these and, “… would be greatly inconvenienced with potential solutions while we were there.”They then told us that they usually gives 5-stars on reviews (based on their 3 reviews) and that she would be giving us 1-star and requesting a refund of $1,000.My wife and I decided it was best to stick to our original response that we would have addressed their concerns during their stay.

This company has an F with the Better Business Bureau less than two stars on yelp. the best advice I got from an attorney friend is you never sue because you right you because you can win.

House was built in 1907 on a rock foundation, has floor sag, and original wiring and plumbing.

I dont really know what they do I yeah, it's just odd they both dropped off around the same time. i guess pods/YT pay more than trying to catch fish on here. one thing is certain BP giviths and takes away.. when things are good folks are singing your praises. when things shift its time to duck.. just look at all the syndicator threads going around where these folks were rock stars 3 years ago and now investors are out for  well you know what. 

Also, banks will not rock the boat on a mortgage being paid and use the clause/exercise it.

Ignored how sleezy place looked, ignored the 1.3 star review score, Seri said so..... 

I don't know how much you are willing to do personally to recover your money, but it seems like Scott does still care about people hurting his online image (Zero Star ratings on his podcast and book on Amazon, Complaints with BBB, rip off report etc. )  And about not getting reported to the SEC, State Securities Board, etc, so you might try to work those angles in addition to the ones you mentioned.
