Solomon Sparks My Cold Calling Experience
4 January 2020 | 1 reply
A true lead is not someone that is willing to sell a house.A true lead is not someone in desperate need to sell their house.A true lead is someone willing to sell their house BELOW MARKET VALUE for what ever reason they may have.So if you really want to give out true stats (and I really applaud you for this as I LOVE data),  I really feel like people need to start using common units so we can compare apples to apples.Actual useful and measurable data is where that data leads to the desired results.See for any data to be useful,  you need to be able to quantify that data to a measurable result.Getting a contract signed means nothing. If the ARV is 100K and you sign the contract for $110K,  it is extremely misleading if you conclude that this is a positive measure pro cold calling. Here is what you should be tracking. How many calls you madeHow many hours you spend making the callsHow much money you spend making such calls. You do this every day of the week for about 2 months.
