Depending on where you obtained the credit report, many portals working directly with the agencies will offer the agency programs which allow a consumer to pretend to pay down or off other debts to see the score impact.  

Many of the portals are pre-funding deals and plan to crowdfund them back out to eliminate the timing constraints.  

@Westin Hudnall I think the first place you would want to start is a Resident Portal, which would allow your tenants to easily communicate with you, without always being on your phone.

@Sam McClellan beat me by closing a day before, so I bought him some food and drink at Portal in Oakland for the win.

The portals & investors will not consider an investment if the developer is not experienced with a good to great track record. 

Or you can log in to your bank portal and manually download the transactions once a month or any frequency and they will export as a download file into your software the same way.
