Hey @John FriendasI have purchased 4 of my Co-Living (rent by room) properties with DSCR, 1 of them within the last few months.Not that I necessarily recommend this, but there are short-term-rental DSCR products.

The answer is yes, but it is generally found when the owner is also living in at least one unit (aka "House Hacking").

Hey all,Just wanted to introduce myself - bought a duplex in Los Feliz over the summer with a few business partners and will be renovating the property while living there.

Especially me as I do construction for a living. 

I could see a requirement, perhaps under the Patriot Act, that requires all landlords to get a SSN/TIN from everyone living in a unit and report that (or lack of) to the federal government.
