Two tenants from Ohio and I e-signed a lease for my property at Houston last year.

I work in Southeast Houston and there seems to be very little activity on oContract.

I am in the Houston area and branching out all over Texas.

I had talked with Prosperity Bank (in Houston) a while back that would do a 7 year loan with a 30 year amortization. 

I did some reading up on returns, providers, prices in various neighborhoods in the country including Indiana, Chicago, Texas (Austin, SA, DFW, Houston), Raleigh, Charlotte, Atlanta, Florida (few cities), SLC, Baltimore, Cleveland.

Currently looking at a deal in Houston Texas and am working on an ARV for this property.

I inherited five acres of land in a college town north of Houston.
