Hello to all from Vero Beach on the Treasure Coast of Florida.

I have found many like this where investors do not have the expertise to know how to profit from buying and holding and banks have an appraisal for a house value and they can't dump it and rehabbers do not want it.Their trash is my treasure as I know what to do with these types of places.Anyway I just came back home to the office and jumped on BP!!

Contact your county treasurer and they should be able to provide a list.

Hi everyone,Just wanted to get the word out that there is a new REIA starting on the Treasure Coast:PSL REIA will be meeting at 6:00 pm on March 6th at the Magnolia Lakes Club House in Port St.

Since we closed in 7 days and he had so many "treasures" I gave him and additional 12 days to clear whatever he wanted from the inside of the home and an additional 30 days to clear the outside.
