@Todd Fox It would generally be on total development costs but it depends on what your involvement will be on the development side.  

I would cast my net wide rather than shopping for buyer's criteria, because as Mike Jakobczak said, a good deal will sell itself (on Craigslist for example) regardless of a buyers list.By the way Cynthia, it was a pleasure to meet you at the Fox and Hound Pub with the other BPers.

That's where I head about the story several days ago.Sorry, just not my "cup of tea" ...LOL, yes, but I doubt it will be mentioned at all on FOX "News" between Budwiser commercials.....LOLCup of tea....LOL!

Despite what Fox news says, it has nothing to do with the president, it has nothing to do with republicans or democrats.The CORE of the problem is there's X amount of work, and they're Y+5Billion people looking for work.

However to be like Fox news and be fair and balance I will take a look at the Real Wealth website out of curiosity..
