I compiled a mailing list solely on a geographic area I am familiar with and equity.

I know of one website that has a list of quite a few places compiled for you.

I have started to compile a checklist of items that I’d like review when I inspect these properties once or twice a year.

for instance I would like to target people that may be losing their homes due to a death, divorce, loss of job, ect.. how would I compile a list of these types of persons and send them?

After all I'm the one that has to collect, compile and annotate all the income each spring.
