You might be approved as a landlord but if you want to rent to a parent, child, grandparent, grandchild or sibling, there are special rules to follow that basically have to do with your relative being disable and having no other choices.

In fact my sons 61 yr old FIL is working 8+ hours a day in an unfinished basement while supposedly up here visiting (for the 2nd time in 18 months) to be with his own siblings & many grandchildren, nieces & nephews ???

My siblings and I are interested in buying a lake house for family use, but would like to rent it out on Airbnb on the weeks we’re not using jt (probably 75% of the time at least).

Does anyone know what needs to be done to get the property deeded over to the motivated seller and siblings so that we can pursue the purchase of this land?

I don't know the correct answer, but generally ascendants/descendants would take priority over siblings.

And the judge will definitely ask where the siblings are.

I'm in a LLC with 3 of my siblings and we are looking at closing the LLC to go our separate ways sometime this year.

I grew up with 5 siblings , 3 girls .
