After I began browsing this site, I came across wholesaling and I'm in the very beginning research phases on that and considering that as an option as well.

This may be old news, not sure if it's a black friday thing, but I was browsing Google Play Books (yes, at 7am), and found summaries of The Millionaire Next Door, E-Myth Revisited, and similar books for free.
