Try to invest some Condo in Seattle market.  How is the return in general.  I browsed over a few downtown water front condo from the picture at Queen Anne neighborhood.  Not just see the water (yeah, which is good), but also see these trains.  What do you think these Condo along the water from Queen Anne to Downtown?
