@Brian Mathews the reality is if you think of all the folks that pass away from heart attacks at home.. or in hospice situations. these are not thought of as someone passing away in a home.

After I lost my dad due to a sudden heart attack two years ago, my focus, goals in life, and numbers have definitely changed.

I have seen several investment properties (ie duplex) with NEGATIVE CASH FLOW at full retail price because the agent had no idea what they were doing.This isn't an attack on agents as I am licensed myself, but people should stick to their niche.

We also do weapons, ground fighting, multiple attackers, pressure points, joint manipulation, etc.

I see there is no point as your replies are aimed as personal attacks to me and my company. 

When I started this process I had questions and the only way I got complete answers was to attack it and figure it out.

Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties.

I was looking for even MORE distressed situations, but I think this is a great way to attack a high priced market.
