Unemployment is rapidly climbing and the only industries I see weathering the storm at this time are construction, healthcare, liquor, grocery and gun stores.

As individual owners, we can look for those tenants who are most likely going to still be working through all of this...healthcare workers, and such.  

Essential Health Care Operations, Including:research and laboratory serviceshospitalswalk-in-care health facilitiesemergency veterinary and livestock serviceselder caremedical wholesale and distributionhome health care workers or aides for the elderlydoctor and emergency dentalnursing homes, or residential health care facilities or congregate care facilitiesmedical supplies and equipment manufacturers and providers2.

One big health care place here is hiring all positions, not just nurses, as home health care is no doubt going up in use.

It would be better to focus on segment index that track a subset of the whole market like technology or healthcare. 

If you are in a job such as healthcare, banking, groceries, transportation, or any of the other essential businesses, I want to express my sincere thanks for what you are doing.

That's going to kill people in this pandemic.My wife is a health care worker.

Many work in the school system, health care, municipal workers, unionized employees.

Note* I am in no danger of losing my job (healthcare) and as of April my tenants at first rental all paid, although 1 is known for paying a litte late time to time. 

The renters are in healthcare industry and have secure jobs.
