hey shellyI just put together a new contract for my month to month renterall info was based on our area and the rents in the area for like propertyI gave them 20 days to fill out the new contract and pay the rent by the first of the month with a security depositlow and behold they decided to move out- oh wellthey were in the property about a year with the lowest deal in the verde valley plus all utilities includedmy add that is out has already generated 4 interested parties with no reserves about the propertymake the price right and make sure all your expenses are paid by the tenant and I believe you will have no problems finding a renterenjoy
