For example one of my properties had a primary (3-floor) staircase, and I cordoned off the entire second floor to give the traveling RN their personal studio...with 'wet bar' min fridge, microwave, hot plate, etc.

I add a new one and new bath mats after long turnovers,too, as I find the water is not so much from the shower but the tenant standing there wet....I like to buy them all on sale : curtains, rings, mats and be ready for the next turn around (good bang for the buck, making the bath show better and protecting from water ).
