Now with that being said, we are playing the waiting game and she still has not determined the value of her house.So, my question is should I gather up some comps with images and show her homes that are priced correctly with amenities up to date so she can be aware how much her home is really worth if it is fixed up. 

The reason for this is we are paying for our MBAs during that time and want to save up for our wedding.

I personally haven't seen the microfiche film that these images are on.

I have 2 loans that jumped half a point from Wed to Fri last week because I didn't lock.

Here is just a taste of what we found.I held back some of the worst images, including a deceased dog in the back yard.

That is on Wed so it would also be the first thing you can check out if you are motivated to get out. 

My wife and I have been self employed the bulk of our 22 years of glorious wedding bliss - so, making the jump back to a 1099 employee was easy.
