Has anyone ever done HUD offer on the HUD web site in CT?

Maybe someone else knows the answer to this, or I'll look around for it through the web or through networking events.But either way!

If you are good at web marketing a website can generate leads, Tax default properties, burnt out landlords (think rent court), vacant houses, all are great ways to find deals.

They will get you on a higher monthly charge, but it's nice to quickly validate an idea and then can build something around that and deal with the nuances of hosting and having designers/web dev work on your site which has a higher one time cost.Hope that helps.
