I'm excited to have found the BP web site. I've been researching Real Estate investing a lot over the last couple weeks and am very motivated to jump in and work hard to get my business going. 

Originally my fiancé and I are interested in flipping/ renovating houses, but I'd like to learn more about wholesaling and lease options as well. We don't have a lot of money to get it started, but we have plenty of drive!

Any input on what you'd recommend for a first transaction? Thanks!
