Hey Jon,Yes you are correct that it is somewhat over personalized with my wifes taste so we probably only get 8% of buyers that it somewhat appeals to.No smell of dogs they are trained and house is always clean.

I would suggest that although you will be living in that particular unit do make the repairs taking in to consideration that most likely you will be renting it at some point so make them to appeal to the majority and take into consideration low maintenance.

Clearly the tenants are all talking to each other and their favorite subject is "Screw the Landlord 101".Clean the units up as each move out and put some lipstick on the curb appeal to attract a new round of tenants who all come in under the new rules/new lease.
