And this is why tenant communication is so important.  

Sioux Falls is so overbuilt with new apartments that you will be dealing with lower end tenants forever.

(One big reason why I am interested, seems to have kept it up well)My agent and I have had intermittent communication with his agent and seems to be showing his own frustration with the buyer because he is so slow to make any decision.

Actually thought about maybe getting a duplex in the Carmichael/ Arden area since Bay Area is so expensive, just to get my feet wet before venturing out of state but not sure if that’ll be a good move.

I’ve had to rebuild and everything, but the climate is so different now.

@Jennifer Rysdam I’ve looked into this and it seems like the requirements of FHA-financed fourplexes are difficult to accomplish in some areas, and competition is so great that it’s hard to find a fourplex before other people find it.
