I hope to meet and see some of you there as well.As a side note, we've been looking in our immediate area (Westford, Groton, Chelmsford, etc) and it seems like the chance of finding a multi-unit that would offer a chance at positive cash flow are slim.

Also  I've been getting ready for my real estate test next week and im feeling good about it.   

I failed both State and National tests my first try.

Even is you have experience in this field, there is always a small period of testing that needs to take place.

I hear her mid discussion state"I'll be in my test by that time" (Talking about tomorrow morning)"What's going on tomorrow" I ask quizzically?"

I went through the HOA approval process, and put down a $5000 deposit was supposed to be returned after I submitted acoustic test results.

But you can't have either if you don't take the test for the license. 

We are dancing on one now and will see if we have new project this spring.We've been doing a little research and have some ideas borrowed from the building of veterinary clinics on how to "pet proof" a building (e.g. how to contain fluids and mess on the surface) that we plan to test out.
