The market in Knoxville seems to be pretty strong and my husband saw an estimate that in ten years our home could be worth around $900k.

Cutting rates now while the economy is humming and inflation is still strong could create a bubble, leading to a recession.The value of the US real estate market is ~$52 Trillion (close to the same, fun fact).

Look in vacation markets that don't have a strong hotel presence. 

Of course, when you extort so much money from your clients, you can afford to constantly go on vacation.

I'd keep in mind that real estate is cyclical, and we won't always be in such a strong market. 

There are still deals and we guide investors to look at the future of investing in Reno Tahoe and the strong appreciation. 

For me, I prefer to use something with really strong accounting capabilities that also allows you to screen tenants, collect rent, and track your income and expenses.
