I am looking for a good real estate attorney and an accountant that specializes in real estate in the area.

I currently work with a CPA who does not specialize in real estate tax, and I'm second guessing some of the answers she gave me recently that pertain to tax treatment of our rental properties. 

Make sure you have a lender that specializes in 203K loans. 

Now, that may not sound like a lot to some and I have done bigger deals, but the point is, this is the only business I've found where you can make that kind of money (legally) in less than 72 hours that doesn't require any special skill or hard labor.

Richard Howell Go to your local REI meet ups, talk to realtors (especially those who specialize in finding properties for investors).

Look up their online reviews, what area they specialize etc... in most states you need to work under the supervision of a Broker for a specified time frame before you can take your brokers exam and open your own brokerage
