Personally, I've found their products to be better than the large banks in our area.

Family dollar, dollar general, and dollar tree are great assets to hold especially for the next 10 years do to high demand for low cost products.

But it should help ensure that you have a solid product.

@Bradley Ritter As mentioned in other posts, it will take $10k to $30k to have an attorney draft your Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), operating agreement, subscription agreement, and subscriber questionnaires for an offering issued under a Reg D, 506 (b) exemption, which allows non accredited but sophisticated investors.

While I agree with you that Farmhouse Chic and Rustic Industrial are overplayed, I think they will continue to dominate new inventory on the market as there are many buyers who still love and will pay top dollar for this product.

This has happened at several meat packing plants resulting in closures (30% of hog processing production is closed right now).
