My biggest recommendation to brokers who want to work mostly with investors is to develop a deep understanding of financing (financing is not secondary), has connections with other brokers who do the same and has analysis skills that cannot be beat.

I agree that communication, organization, and accountability are all key in being effective and efficient in achieving your goals.

I am definitely not that organized :) I probably should start building out a system like that as sounds like a really good way to manage property. 

But I would love to learn additional skill that makes me an asset to the team.
