I found there to be plenty of Info on the video and if I wanted more info I would have MY agent go to the property to confirm pictures and find out any additional info before putting in a bid.

We are in the beginning stages of gathering info to decide whether we want to move forward or not with purchasing three lots and that's how I found this forum.  

I'm sure he'd be happier if I could consolidate this quite a bit, and it might save me some money if I can save him some time.

I'd be happy to share my lenders contact info with you.

He doesn't have any signifcant savings (~10k), and his only income is social security and a small pension which comes out to a total of ~3k a month.
