There are people in this business that function better with one partner and one partner only.

It reminds me of the official REI group we have in Michigan and I enjoy the structure, learning opportunities, and vendor presence (title companies, lenders, etc.) at these functions so I will definitely look to attend some of the upcoming events. 

The benefit of wholesaling is that is functions more like a sales job compared a regular 9-5, W2, salary job.Sure you'll probably put the same amount of hours into wholesaling.

I would be most concerned on how the property functions as rental once you move out.
