Some thoughts and random questions.Construction costs are high for typical builds, I have to think that they are through the roof for a highly energy efficient build. 

I have had decent luck with the tenants so far..other then later water bills and random things getting broken pretty smooth.

We only use it during the off-season and random weeks or weekends when it isn't rented.We have a 1-year old, and will have at least 1 or 2 more kids.

By random chance I was talking to a friend about my ambitions to build new product specifically for workforce/affordable tenants.

Two things:1) According to the rest of Line 33, a new random $1,000 exclusion is warranted for "each parish, individual church, district or other local unit that regularly conducts an unrelated business".

Hi Everyone, Glad to hear your thoughts and I am sorry I have missed out two words (typographical errors).I strongly feel that investors would love to invest in my part of the world if they make a random visit just to check out what's going on in terms of development and how much there is in terms of natural beauty and things to do and see.
