I do know other resort communities quite well such as Windsor Hills, Windsor at Westside, Championsgate, Solara, Solterra, Windsor Island, Storey Lake and several others that perform well and have great amenities and location.

If you're a serious player who buys properties off MLS regularly, you should have no trouble finding a realtor who wants to work with you.

In terms of established players knowing more about a houses condition - that comes from experience and preparation.

The agency's unwillingness to help me though has me looking towards listsource and skiptracing companies to append phone numbers.Once I get my first leads, I was thinking about possibly birddogging these properties just to build a relationship with the bigger players so that I could continue to ask for advice and properly wholesale my first deal, since it involves so much intricacies like accurately estimating ARV.
