Pertinent skills include:  HVAC (refrigeration licensed), plumbing, electrical, mild construction, metal fabrication, soon to be licensed NC contractor, grading/excavating, ...etc...I do/know alot of stuff and have alot of tools and equipment...I wouldn't bring you any headaches.

@Jordan Moorhead @Jon Loca Alpine was about 400 sq/ft of removal, then 750 sq/ft of grading/class 5/ with 3" duradrive asphalt for $4995.

Assuming standard builder grade finishes, I would guess the following;Carpet - 260ft2 x $3/ft2 = $800 (small ft2 will be higher in price than normal)Paint - 8hrs @ $35/hr = $300 plus $100 for materialsCeiling fan - $200 (based on a $100 fan)Baseboard heater - Not even sure what this would take, but I assume $300Doors - $300, based on 3x$50 door slabsBut that requires you to manage the labor, where the GC would do that for you.

He is a teacher, so he works his normal 7-3 i think hours, then when he gets off work he will go setup a open house and sit it from like 5pm to 8pm while grading papers or following up with leads via laptop and the team pays him an hourly wage of $10/hr to do this using his own open house signs.

I bought a 6 commercial unit, and the owner and agent said, "everything" is grandfathered in.....elevator, sprinkler system etc.BUT what he didn't realize, was the township knows that he is a SLUMLORD in a grade A area.
