Hello, I purchaced a home in December, one of the selling points was that the selling agent adveritised that the home has " a fairly new roof" which I took as fact, not really knowing how many years is fairly, thinking 2 or 3 years old.I called the city to find out when the permit was taken out for this" fairly new roof". found out the permit was issued over eleven years ago .Either my understanding of" fairly" is not reasonable, or the selling agents understanding is not reasonable I need to know if I should pursue against the selling agent for misrepresentation or is it, a life lesson for me?
