I am able to leverage myself into several positive equity positions where, for the same amount of cash using traditional methods, I would have been able to acquire less than one third the number of properties or amount of equity.Cash flow and equity positions are, in my mind, very similar to tech stocks and strong dividend producing blue chip stocks.

The renters/buyers there aren't commuting to Seattle (not many at least but I do know one) but between Boeing, the Navy port and the Naval Air Station in Oak Harbor there are plenty of people commuting from the Mount Vernon daily.

Sometimes the folks giving advice on here , like Al Gores brother hehe, are so stupid you wonder why they have survived because they are not smart enough to open a bag of chips to keep from starving, then I run across folks I want to just sit and listen to because I feel like am getting smarter from listening to them.

My property is about a 1000 ft outside that loop.3 of my addresses are facing Springhill Ave, and zoned commercial, while the 4th backs up to these parcels, faces Oak St. and is zoned residential.The smaller house, commercial building and large metal building are owned free and clear.
