If a plaintiff manages to obtain a default judgment against you individually without serving you properly (and believe me, it happens more often than you think), it can prevent you from selling your personal residence until the matter is dealt with--and it may well require you to pay off a bogus judgment just because you're under pressure to close the sale. 

If you get an HDTV, mount it on the wall in a place that does not have much foot traffic in front of it. 

Medium-sized markets will have less pressure from institutional buyers and enough population and diversity to still create growth.

I would choose ground mounted over roof mounted. 

It was a typical high pressure sales scenario.  

My issue is that I have found myself without a role and am feeling pressure from the group to add value, or get out.

I also see wall mount range hoods like THIS from Home Depot.

I priced out pressure steam cleaning them and they wanted $2 a sqft there about 1500 sqft of time???

Because they will get defensive if they feel you are pressuring them.

Block the numbers as they come in and move on to a tenant that you like without feeling pressured.
