Did you meet them or at least send them a letter to introduce yourself and provide payment instructions and contact information for service requests? 

I have heard of title companies that didnt realize their email system had been hacked and at a critical point in the transaction, new wiring instructions were sent to the buyers from an email different than the one that all correspondence had been coming from.

The title company does what the Lender instructs.

In Indiana, classroom instruction is required.

We are going to install with adhevsive over purple board. with siliconed joints wet area per the instructions.

Check with the mobile home dealerships in the area to get additional lending resources for manufactured homes.

But I needed to get the loans done (some of which were manufactured homes and most banks wouldn't loan on manufactured loans for investors) and they were a viable option.I contacted them and my previous banker was no longer with the bank (so much for being a "relationship bank").  

(Also, I never saw any instructions back then to use a notched trowel, and it does not help that neither the wall nor the surround were perfectly flat.)
