Look for something in an up and coming area that needs some sweat equity put into it and watch your wealth grow from there.

Btw, the wet spot in the last picture is due to the cleaning ladies mopping right before the photographer came.

Instead, I would focus on gaining as much knowledge as possible by reading books, listening to podcasts, attending webinars, and watching REI videos.

You would never find me watching HGTV, or reading an article about the latest trend in wall quote decals or welcome mats.

Just watch out for yourself and your client.

By training under the watchful eye of someone smarter or more experienced, we can only get smarter.

This is another person selling information and training that can easily be acquired for free.I would not recommend paying for information.This type of paid training (in my opinion) is for lazy people who want to be spoon fed and not just research it themselves.Heck you can learn A LOT about this subject for free right here on BP or buy a couple of $10 books on amazon.OR you could just watch the FREE VIDEO she placed up for people to see and understand what it is about.
