We like the humans, and it may have been an honest mistake (though stupid).

Just brainstorming with people in the profession as there has to be a better solution with todays tech.I don't like to put the address on my keys also because of liability issues and I'm human and could lose them.  

I consider that more of a human-nature issue than passive-aggressive.  

I also know a bail bondsman who is one of the worst human beings I've ever some in contact with.

However, you may also look a little different than the everyday Jane Q Public and, solely as a consequence of who you are, can received unmerited police attention.And, sometimes the police simply get the wrong person or address ... humans are like that.

Everybody needs a roof over their head and although it does not necessarily fall upon me to provide it I think it's obnoxious to use an application fee  as a punitive deterrent to a person seeking the primary basic human need of shelter.

Then the standard legal advice here in ON is that you be sure not to give a reason since this could open you up to complaints made to the Human Rights Commission.
