You could also look to sell the property if you have a long term lease in place with a group that does sober living -- do you have long term leases or are you just renting out by the room to newly sober people?

Or I could do a sliding wooden wall /doors between the bedroom and living room for some privacy, like in smaller Hawaiian type timeshares.The upstairs apartments are 2 bed, one downstairs is 2 bed, one is 1 bed.For me its a buy and hold/rental income property.Thoughts?

We have found that a photo of a living room does very well as the primary photo since the living area is very important to short-term guests.
