Each unit was 3 bedroom 2.5 bath + bonus room with one car garage (2027 SF).  

Added bonus, since he was so happy he has since referred me to his friend who is in the same boat and selling off his properties as well. 

A big bonus for this unit was that it has a deeded parking space.  

However, if you are a kind and generous person you will be all the more when you have funds to be kinder and more generous with.  

Added important bonuses of tax benefits (with my wife's salary we really need them) potential earlier retirement, diversification, etc of course.  

We also pay generous commissions if you find properties for us, I think we should chat- I think we could help each other! 

Apparently the property has a power transmission line, which could allow for a solar farm, so that's a bonus option.  5.  

Offer to treat them to lunch after and pick their brain on investment strategies and learn about their investment experience as a education bonus.

A bonus would be if I could live on the property (security and to keep overhead low) while it's being rehabbed, but this is not a requisite. 

Bonus points if the company can direct deposit and I definitely want to work with someone who does tax property checks and makes certain that real estate investors have the CORRECT insurance on the property.
