Hello all,My husband and I have found a short sale in Virginia and we are about to put an offer using a VA loan.The problem with this property is that the master bathroom as no Floor and no toilet (the all bathroom need to be redone).

Add to all of that the confusion of BP'ers writing recommendations for companies they work for or commentators who are actually getting paid referrals and it can be confusing.Feel free to message me - I would be happy to share with you companies we have masterminded with for best practices in this space and whom you may want to check out.I would however recommend buying in NV based on what you've shared, but if you go out of state, just be patient.

I just looked at it today, it has a solid floor, new siding, new roof, and most of the windows are new, including a new front door. the lot rent is $430 it includes water, sower, and trash.

I did a complete cosmetic rehab. new bath and kitchen, paint, flooring and recessed lighting.
