Like James was saying, it really depends on the type of neighborhood you're looking to invest in and the school districts.

Considering the risk involved, it turned out to be an okay/meager investment. 

The lender my agent put me in contact with is telling me that rates for an investment property are currently low 7's with 2 points. 30 yr fixed no Interest Only....
