You can add language that says, you cannot exercise your Option for the 1st (fill in a timeline) years. 

The reliance on brokers for filling tenant spots in commercial always worried me.

He declared bankruptcy for all our credit card accounts but  only for himself and specified i was not to be included in that process or notified. 

If you are looking for someone to ehlp represent you through the process, I think there are a lot of ways to handle that.
