Any companies that exist to help people through the process already?

My skill level is limited to upgrading an existing space with new paint, fixtures, flooring, and lighting; this includes exterior painting, roof shingle upgrades, and deck building. 

Apparently in PA, if a tenant brings bedbugs into an apt, for example, they've lived there a year and suddenly there is an infestation where none existed before, it's the tenant's job to get rid of them. 

How is the rehab scene in centrally valley - it looks like cash flow is almost non existent ?

You can also always let them maintain the existing account, and start a 2nd one, and use .ical to make sure you don't doublebook. 

Labor will be completed by my existing maintenance staff and paid out to the employees by my management company.The roof, electric meters, and breaker boxes are all 8 years old.5 of the 8 units have complete new HVAC systems.What are your thoughts after receiving this information?
