One of the best places can be a title company as many will send you the list by email for no charge.

I also read recently that you can sign up for their email list, and they will email you the inventory numbers when they come out.

I set up automatic e-mail notifications for those of my clients who prefer to watch the market in their particular type of property, price range, and/or neighborhood and let me know if they see something interesting.
